Specifications:

• The cylinder is made of nikasil-treated aluminum with a bore of 50 mm and a stroke of 44 mm. It has 6 scavenge ports, a bridge-reinforced exhaust port and a modular high-compression cylinder head.
• The exhaust port is wide, giving the cylinder a unique look. It also has an optimized cooling system that surrounds the exhaust port to maximize cooling.

Crankshaft:

• The included crankshaft is a reinforced racing crankshaft with full circle and "extended" stroke of 44 mm , 85 mm connecting rod and a small needle bearing of 12x15x15 mm.
• The crankshaft is balanced with tungsten weights for better precision, a feature that characterizes high-quality crankshafts.

Performance:

This Hyper Racing kit develops between 20–22 hp with the right components:

• At least one 28 mm carburetor
• Digital inner rotor ignition
• Hyper exhaust system

Included:

• Two crankshaft bearings with C3 Polyamide bearing cages
• Oil seals

Assembly requirements:

Please note that the crankcase must be machined to accommodate the 44 mm crankshaft and cylinder base ( 56 mm ).
