If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us. At At SveduTuning we strive to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied . If you have any problems with the delivery or product and are frustrated, please contact us and our team will assist you immediately.
How can I return all or part of my order?
If you decide to return your product to us within the 14 day return period , please note that we will refund the full amount of your order within 5 working days of receiving the product. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse the costs of returning the product. We also do not accept returns of used products unless there is a complaint.
We will refund your money to you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, no fees will be charged for the refund.
Please note that if you pay by credit card, the refund will often not appear on your credit card account until the end of the month/season.

They will also provide you with a return address. If we are able to accept your return, please do the following: Pack the product to be returned neatly and securely, preferably in the original packaging .
Send the package to the return address you received from our customer service.
Once the package has arrived and been inspected, we will refund the amount you ordered for the returned products using the payment method used to pay for them.

Damaged products upon arrival
That's a shame! Unfortunately, it can happen that a product is damaged during transport. If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. After that, the return period unfortunately ends.
For the fastest resolution, please send us an email with a photo showing the damaged part of the product. The best photos are taken on a flat surface where the label and defect are clearly visible. We will use this information to help you with your order and avoid errors in the future.
For defective products, we always send a new package free of charge on the first occasion, but unfortunately we cannot give you a refund. Will it be faulty the second time? Then we will refund you the full purchase price.

Product defects or deficiencies after use
So annoying! Unfortunately, after a while, a manufacturing defect can occur. It has to be a genuine defect. In other words, the part is broken and no longer meets the manufacturer's specifications. Manufacturing defects or deficiencies do not apply to consumable parts. Consumable parts include, but are not limited to:
Brake pads and brake discs, brake linings, brake drums,
chains, light bulbs, tires and tubes. As well as moving parts in the broadest sense of the word.

Delivery of defective products
We do everything we can to process all orders correctly. Unfortunately, it may happen that orders cannot be processed and we send you the wrong product. We will of course resolve this and send you the correct order free of charge.

What happens if I don't pick up my package?
If the package is not picked up at the designated pickup location and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a fee of SEK 200.

How long is the repayment period?
You can return the product within 30 days after receiving your order.
Do I have to pay for the refund?
Yes , all customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Can I return my product without contacting you?
No , you must contact us before sending your return as the return address may be different from the address from which your order was originally shipped.
How long does it take to get my money back?
A full refund will be issued to the original payment method once we have received, inspected and confirmed that the products have not been used. All customers must contact us after returning the package and provide us with the order number. Please note: It takes an average of 10 business days to process a return.
Shipping
How long does it take to receive my order?
All orders are packed within 24 hours of the order being placed. The package is then shipped from our warehouse in Stockholm and delivered via Postnord with trackable shipping. Delivery time is usually 1–3 working days throughout Sweden.
When ordering Custom Covers , delivery time may take a few working days.
However, with a pre-order it may take 3-7 working days.
