Terms of purchase
1. General
These terms and conditions apply to purchases of products via CS Shipping AB's website, SveduTuning.se. By ordering a product, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, so please read them carefully before each purchase.
2. Prices and payment
All prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, but the price stated at the time of purchase applies to the order. Payment is made via Card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
3. Order confirmation
Once you have placed an order, we will send an order confirmation to the email address you provided. If you have not received a confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam or contact us at [email protected]
4. Delivery
We offer delivery to addresses within Sweden, Norway, Denmark and the EU. Delivery time is normally 1-3 working days after we receive payment, unless otherwise stated in the product description. If your order is delayed, we will contact you immediately via email.
4.1 Shipping costs
The shipping cost is a fixed price of 49 SEK and is stated at checkout.
4.2 Transport damage
If the item is damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately. Document the damage with a photo and also notify the shipping company.
5. Right of withdrawal and return
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Distance Contracts Act. To return a product, please contact us via email at [email protected] for instructions.
Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are manufactured or adapted to your specific wishes, for example ignition covers where you have chosen your own color combinations, text or other personal choices. These are considered specially adapted products and are exempt from the right of withdrawal according to Chapter 2, Section 11 of the Distance Contracts Act.
We recommend that you carefully check your choices before completing your order.
5.1 Conditions for returns
The product must be returned in its original packaging and in an unchanged condition. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a complaint.
5.2 Refund
Once we have received and approved the return, we will refund the amount to the same payment method used at the time of purchase within 14 days.
6. Complaints
We follow the Consumer Purchase Act when making complaints. If an item is defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible to begin a complaint process. Please include your order number and a description of the problem.
7. Product liability
We are not responsible for any damage caused by improperly installed or used products. All use of our products is at your own risk and we recommend that you follow the installation instructions carefully.

Frequently asked questions about returns & refunds
How long is the repayment period?
You can return the product within 30 days after receiving your order.
Do I have to pay for the refund?
Yes , all customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Can I return my product without contacting you?
No , you must contact us before sending your return as the return address may be different from the address from which your order was originally shipped.
How long does it take to get my money back?
A full refund will be issued to the original payment method once we have received, inspected and confirmed that the products have not been used. All customers must contact us after returning the package and provide us with the order number. Please note: It takes an average of 10 business days to process a return.
Shipping
How long does it take to receive my order?
All orders are packed within 24 hours of the order being placed. The package is then shipped from our warehouse in Stockholm and delivered via Postnord with trackable shipping. Delivery time is usually 1–3 working days throughout Sweden.
When ordering Custom Covers , delivery time may take a few working days.
However, with a pre-order it may take 3-7 working days.
