Floating construction:

The brake disc is a so-called floating disc, which means that the braking force is distributed about 30% more evenly than with a regular disc. This results in better braking response and more even wear on the brake pads. The disc is equipped with anodized orange floating mounts made of 7075 T6 aluminum, which has strength comparable to steel but with significantly less weight.
