The MXS Racing Kit is a state-of-the-art performance part that offers maximum power and precision for racing enthusiasts. The kit includes a Nikasil-coated aluminum cylinder with 5 transfer ports and an oval exhaust port, ensuring optimal power transfer and durability. Also included is a high-quality single-ring piston (10 mm piston pin) and a high-compression cylinder head with port timings of 196°/132°/134°.

Power: Up to 19 hp straight out of the box, without major modifications.

Bore and stroke: 47.6 mm bore and 39 mm stroke.

Recommended components: To maximize the kit's potential, a carburetor of at least 21 mm (preferably 28 mm), a "Big Valve" reed valve, digital inner rotor ignition, and racing crankshaft are recommended.

Exhaust system: A high performance racing exhaust system is essential to avoid overheating. We recommend MXS Racing 2014, Athena Racing or Yasuni Carrera 16 .
Assembly and Accessories: The kit comes with a complete piston, including bolt, circlips and piston ring, as well as the necessary gaskets for assembly. For optimum performance and reliability, it is important to adjust the squish clearance correctly during installation (cylinder spacers included).
This kit is specifically developed for vertical Minarelli engines and is designed for racing applications where performance is crucial.
