Malossi's advanced racing spring and weight set is designed to optimize the performance of Fly and Delta clutches. The set includes three sets of springs in different colors, with varying stiffness and adjustment range to adapt the clutch activation speed to your specific setup:

Red (reinforced) :
- Diameter: 2.2 mm
- Adjustment range: 6250-8500 RPM
- Length: 23.8 mm (28.05 mm when tensioned)

- Diameter: 2.3 mm
- Adjustment range: 7000-9250 RPM
- Length: 24.00 mm (28.25 mm when tensioned)

Black (Hyper-Racing) :
- Diameter: 2.4 mm
- Adjustment range: 8000-10000 RPM
- Length: 24.05 mm (28.45 mm when tensioned)
Content and adjustment options :
- In addition to the springs, the set also includes three additional 4 mm weights (weight 9.7 g/each). These weights provide extra fine tuning compared to the original 5 mm weights (10.7 g/each).
- The diagram in picture two of the instructions shows how the activation speed is affected depending on the settings of weights and spring tension.
- The springs and weights allow the clutch to be adjusted to suit different engine setups and driving conditions, from racing to street driving.
With these accessories you get significantly greater control over your scooter's performance and acceleration, and you can easily adjust the clutch for different tracks or riding styles.
