The Italkit Innerotor Ignition System is an analog ignition designed for high-performance mopeds and scooters.

Features:

  • Internal Rotor: The ignition system is equipped with an internal rotor, meaning the rotor is located inside the stator. This design choice helps reduce weight and improve performance by centralizing the weight.
  • Analog Ignition: Unlike digital ignition systems, this uses analog technology with a static ignition curve. This means that the ignition curve is preset and can be adjusted manually depending on engine trim.
  • Ignition Curve Adjustment: The ignition curve can be set by the user depending on the engine trim level. This makes the system flexible and useful even for those who do not have extremely high-performance engines.
  • Ignition Coil Included: The ignition system comes with an ignition coil, making installation easier.

Important Note:

  • No Power to Lights: This ignition does not supply power to the lights, meaning you will need to have a separate solution for lighting if needed.
  • Heat generation: The ignition system generates a lot of heat during operation. It is important to ensure good ventilation around the ignition plate and rotor to prevent overheating.

Tips :

  • To improve cooling, it is recommended that you drill five 8mm diameter holes in both the top and bottom of the cover that covers the ignition system. This allows for better airflow and reduces the risk of overheating.

Installation tips:

  • Check Ventilation: Make sure there is adequate air circulation around the ignition system to avoid damage due to overheating.
  • Separate Lighting: If you need lighting, make sure to have a separate power source or solution for the lights, as this system does not support it.
  • Cooling Tip: To improve cooling, it is recommended that you drill five 8mm diameter holes in both the top and bottom of the cover that covers the ignition system. This allows for better airflow and reduces the risk of overheating.

NOTE! This product is out of stock, but can be pre-ordered, this will result in the delivery time being extended to 2-5 working days.

Delivery

All orders are packed within 24 hours of the order being placed. The package is then shipped from our warehouse in Stockholm and delivered via Postnord with trackable shipping. Delivery time is usually 1–3 working days throughout Sweden.

When ordering Custom Covers , delivery time may take a few working days.

However, with a pre-order it may take 3-7 working days.

You have the option to return your package within 14 days of receiving it, provided that the products are unused, unopened and undamaged.
