Airsal's 70cc cylinder is a high-performance part in the T6 series, with the same design as the other cylinder kits but now upgraded with a newly developed piston of very high quality. The cylinder is equipped with an auto-centering cylinder head for better fit and performance. To maximize the effect, this cylinder kit should be combined with a high-performance exhaust system, as it is rev-loving and requires proper air flow. When this is met, up to 12 hp can be reached.
The exhaust port has a diameter of 28.4 mm , so if you are using an exhaust system with a 25 mm connection, you will need an exhaust adapter such as Doppler - Exhaust Adapter (CGN437928) or Turbo kits: TK-B11 .
When purchasing a suitable needle bearing, the following dimensions are recommended:
- Width: 15-16mm
- Inner diameter: 12 mm
- Outer diameter: Adapted to the connecting rod hole, usually 15 mm
The hole for the temperature sensor in the cylinder head has a thread of M14x1.25 and the other hole has a thread of M8x1.25 .
Please note that the piston has been updated and now comes with one piston ring instead of two.
